Refund policy
Shipping
Our prices do not include shipping costs. All orders can be collected at our warehouse or shipped to any country within the European Union. For orders outside the EU, please request a shipping quote by contacting us at info@nudeinterior.com.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Most orders are shipped within 5 to 7 business days of purchase. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability and external circumstances, such as transportation or customs delays.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination. Shipping fees will be indicated before completing the purchase and are not included in the product price.
Once the order has been shipped, responsibility for transport passes to the courier company. We are not responsible for loss, delays, or damage occurring during transport. In case of incidents, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping company.
No changes or cancellations are accepted once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to justify your decision and without incurring any penalty. The 14-day period starts from the day you, or a third party authorized by you, physically receive the order. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nudeinterior.com. We will send you the request form and indicate where the product should be returned. Items returned without prior authorization and confirmation will not be accepted.
In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the total amount paid, including standard shipping costs (if applicable), within a maximum of 14 days from the date you inform us of your decision. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If an item is broken or damaged during return shipping, responsibility lies with the buyer, who must file a claim directly with the shipping company used. We cannot issue refunds for returned items that arrive broken or damaged.
We do not issue refunds for items that were not collected by the buyer and subsequently returned to us. Please ensure you follow the tracking link sent to you by email to check where your order is and when it will be delivered. If, for any reason, the recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Exceptions
Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases, in accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users:
- Items requiring special handling (e.g., tables, chairs, rugs, etc.)
- Items that are particularly fragile or at high risk of damage during transport
- Customized or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items not collected by the customer and returned by the courier company
- Gift cards

Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item — within 5 days of receiving it — so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. We will require you to send us photos of both the inside and outside of the box to info@nudeinterior.com for review.
Most of our pieces are unique, so we cannot always guarantee a replacement. In such cases, we will proceed with a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
